The plan has to fit the life, not the other way round
Most diets fail because they were never yours to begin with. They were written for an average person who does not exist.
A plan that assumes you cook three meals a day is useless if you eat lunch at a desk. A plan built on oats and salad is useless in a house that cooks Himachali or South Indian food every day. A plan that ignores your night shifts, your travel, your mother-in-law's kitchen or your budget will be abandoned quietly within a fortnight, and you will conclude that you lack discipline. Usually you did not; the plan simply did not fit.
So the assessment spends as much time on your circumstances as on your reports. Who cooks. What the household eats. What time you actually get home. What you genuinely dislike, and what you would never give up. The clinical targets do not bend, but almost everything about how they are met does.
The result is usually less dramatic-looking than a crash plan and considerably more durable, because it is built from food you were going to eat anyway.
Online works as well as in person
For nutrition, the assessment, the plan and the follow-ups are identical online. The only practical difference is that you take your own measurements at home, and you are walked through exactly how. A large share of our long-term clients have never visited the clinic, including several outside India.
