Your plan, your progress and the Health Hub — in one place
The Nutrimenters app is where your diet plan lives once Shilpa has built it, where you log your weight and measurements, and where every new article and recipe from our dietitians lands first. Creating an account is free — you do not have to be on a programme to read the Health Hub.

What a free account gets you
Three things, none of which require you to be on a paid programme.
The Health Hub
Articles, recipes and practical tips written by our dietitians — the same evidence-first approach as the clinic, in the format you will actually read on a phone.
New posts as they land
Recipes and articles appear in the Hub as they are published, so you are not relying on remembering to check back or catching a social post at the right moment.
Your plan and your numbers
Once you start a programme, your day-by-day plan, meal alternatives, weight log and measurement trends all sit in the same account — no PDFs to hunt for in WhatsApp.
Four steps from signing up to eating better
1 · Tell us about you
A detailed health and nutrition assessment — medical history, routine, food preferences and goals.
2 · We calculate your needs
Your BMI, BMR and calorie and macro targets are estimated using validated formulas, then reviewed by a dietitian.
3 · Your dietitian builds the plan
A day-by-day plan with alternatives for every meal, built from everyday Indian food — 115 Indian foods in the database.
4 · Track, review, adjust
Log weight and measurements, see your trends, and get the plan revised as your body changes.
Every plan in the app is built by a qualified dietitian, not generated automatically. Nutrimenters supports your dietitian — it does not diagnose or treat disease.
Inside the Health Hub

How much protein do Indian vegetarians actually need?
Protein is the single most common gap we find in Indian vegetarian diets — and dal is not the answer most people think it is. Here are the real numbers.

What actually moves the needle, what does not, and why the long list of forbidden vegetables you were handed is mostly wrong.
Put it on your home screen
There is nothing to download from the App Store or Play Store. Nutrimenters runs in your browser, and you can add it to your home screen so it opens like any other app.
iPhone & iPad
Open app.nutrimenters.com in Safari, tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen.
Android
Open app.nutrimenters.com in Chrome, tap the three-dot menu, then Install app or Add to Home screen.
Questions about the app
Yes. Registering costs nothing and there is no card to enter. The Health Hub — the articles and recipes — is free to read. The paid part is the diet programmes themselves, where a dietitian builds and revises your plan.
No. Anyone can create an account and read the Hub. If you later decide to start a programme, the assessment and your plan appear in the same account.
Not at the moment. Nutrimenters runs in your browser, which means there is nothing to download and it updates itself. Adding it to your home screen (see above) gives you the same one-tap access as a store app.
The Journal here carries our longer clinical write-ups — diet charts, condition guides, the detailed pieces. The Health Hub in the app is shorter and more frequent: recipes, quick tips and articles you can read between meetings. Some pieces appear in both.
No, and it is not meant to. The app is where the plan lives and where you track progress. The clinical judgement — reading your reports, deciding what the plan should be, adjusting it when something is not working — is still Shilpa's. The app supports your dietitian; it does not diagnose or treat disease.
